Usage Rules

These terms are for anyone who's received my art via commission, trade or gift.

All art Commissioned, Gifted or Traded for is personal, non-commercial use only.The artist retains copyright of all created artwork and may repost it without limitation. Client retains rights to their respective characters.

Commercial Use Commissions must be discussed in advance.
Terms of service and use for commercial art depend on client contract.To discuss a commercial commission, please e-mail me..The following may be considered commercial work;
Game Art - Concept work, Backgrounds or Asset art, Book/Story/Zine Illustrations, Comic work, Adoptable or Closed Species Lineart or Bases, Business Card Art, Art for Prints you'd like to sell and more.

How to Order and Commission Process

Timeframe-
Most commissions take ~1-2 months for completion, larger projects or paintings may take up to 6 months or more.I endeavor to never allow a project to take longer than 1 year.Chronic health issues, PC issues and real life events may extend this time frame. I will communicate these extensions to the best of my ability.Deadlines can be discussed, but must be agreed upon before payment.

Process-AI art is never used during any part of my process.I begin with a rough sketch, that is then sent as a WIP for approval.Depending on the commission type, I may finish the project from there or DM you further with more WIPs for approval to ensure the art is to your liking.

Edits during approvals-
I request you ask for a list of all desired changes during WIP approvals at once rather than repeated inquiries; this is easier on me.I will not redraw characters or make major changes to the pose or composition past the first rough-sketch approval.Upon completion of the art, I will only make very minor edits.Excessive edit requests that stall the project or require extra labor (such as major redraws or added props not initially included) outside of the initial price may incur extra fees.

Notes about references :* Text-only or Moodboard references : You're accepting that the character is up to my interpretation, our interpretations may differ - I will try to match your vision as best I can but if edits become excessive I may require a design fee.* Out of date or references on a base are perfectly fine.* I will draw the character as shown unless otherwise instructed at time of ordering - if your character is on a fursuit base or has a toony face ; they will be drawn with those proportions; and so on.*AI references will be denied.

Refunds

Refunds are done a case-by-case basis while the project is being worked on.Please e-mail me to discuss any issues or to cancel a project, charge-back attempts automatically forfeit any of your right to use the art ordered, and will have you blacklisted from any future work with me.

All commissions are made in 5x5 - 11x11 inch canvas at 300dpi (print quality) unless otherwise specified below or at time of ordering.Prices below are for personal-use orders.All commissions come with a signature/watermark as seen on all my art.
I do not make watermarkless work unless it's a commercial-use project.
