📝 GENERAL TERMS

• Client / Receiver must be 18 years old or older.• Artist retains copyright / ownership to all created art and may repost as desired.
^{Includes but not limiting to final artwork, work in progress images, recordings, streams, etc.}• Receiver retains copyright / ownership of their characters, designs and lore.• The artist agrees not to sell prints or merch of commissioned/traded/gifted art without prior client approval.
^{This does not extend to sharing images on paid sites such as Patreon or Ko-fi.}• The artist does not use generative AI and refuses to work with clients that use generative AI.

🖼️ CLIENT / RECEIVER USAGE RIGHTS

✓ Use the finished artwork for personal use - online and offline.
^{Decor, roleplays, avatars, banners, personal prints, stickers; etc.}✓ Repost the art whole and unedited.
^{Cropping for avatars/banners is okay with credit.
Resizing is fine as long as the art remains whole.}✕ Do not profit from the art or use the art commercially.✕ Do not edit, trace, heavily reference or claim you made the art.✕ Do not post, use or share in-progress(WIP) sketches.✕ Do not involve the art in AI, Crypto, NFTs or similar.

💲 PAYMENT

• Prices and Payments are in USD via Paypal. Client is responsible for covering any differences or fees relating to currency conversion.• Payment is required upfront. Friends and repeat clients may inquire about payment plans for orders over $300.
^{Payment plans must come with a firm deadline. Missing deadlines will result in cancellation and refund.}

🎨 PROCESS

NOTES ABOUT REFERENCES
• References should be up to date and accurate.
^{Errors made due to inconsistent references are not the artists responsibility to fix. Excessive changes may incur extra fees at the rate of $25 per hour spent.}• Gen AI References will not be accepted and will result in cancellation.
^{I will accept drawn references, text, photos, 3D Models, mood boards, videogame screenshots(such as sims, minecraft, etc), photobashing, dressup games, references on bases, stick figures, etc.}

🔜 ART DELIVERY

• Art will be delivered digitally as a PNG or GIF file - no prints or physical items are shipped.
^{WIPs will be sent via communication chat of choice (DMs, telegram or discord) - final, full resolution images will be temporarily hosted in a dropbox for download.}• The Artist does not deliver PSDs or layer files unless the commission is a color-in base or similarly requiring a PSD to be delivered.• The Artist is not required to store or host the art indefinitely.
^{I try to keep copies of every commission but I cannot guarantee indefinite storage. I am also not responsible for hosting them indefinitely in my galleries.}• If the client loses their art file, the artist is not responsible for replacing, refunding or otherwise compensating the client.

❌ REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and MUST be discussed with the artist first.• Issuing a refund revokes any and all rights the client has to the artwork being made.
- The art may be repurposed by the artist.
- In the case of YCHs, the YCH will be put back up for sale.• Chargeback attempts will result in cancellation, blacklisting from future sales and loss of right to use the artwork.• The artist reserves the right to cancel and give a full refund.

🔞 NSFW - Not Safe for Work - Gore, Kink and Fetish

• NSFW orders must be clearly stated as such from the beginning.
^{This includes 'technically safe for work' kinks and fetishes such as clothed characters, bondage - incl. non-kink restraints such as rope, chains or straight jackets, vore, etc.}• NSFW will not and cannot be drawn for minors.• All characters depicted must be and appear to be adults.• Violent, Gore, Kink and Fetish Art of mine must be appropriately tagged and hidden from minors when reposted.
